Privacy notice.

How DOGM.ai processes personal data, written as a notice under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

1. What happens today#

The in-browser demo runs entirely in your browser. It generates fictional data, never asks for yours, and sends nothing to a server. If you email us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write, to answer you.

Accounts and hosted runs are live in the early-access beta. The rest of this notice describes what DOGM processes when you use them.

2. Personal data we process#

Account data#

Your name, email address, sign-in identifiers from our authentication provider, the workspaces you belong to and your role in each, your notification settings, and an activity log of what you do in the app.

Schema metadata#

The schemas, specs and prompts you write or upload: table and column names, types, constraints and descriptions. DOGM works from this metadata, not from rows of real data. The text you paste to draft a spec (a description, SQL DDL or a Prisma schema) is stored with the spec version it drafted, including any values in INSERT statements. Do not put real personal data in it; the acceptable use policy explains why.

Billing records#

For paid plans: the plan, amount, period and PayMongo payment reference. You pay with QR Ph in your own banking or e-wallet app, so DOGM never receives your card or account details.

Technical data#

IP addresses and request details used for security and rate limiting, and error reports that help us fix problems.

3. Why we process it#

  • To create and secure your account and workspaces, and let you sign in.
  • To run what you ask for: drafting specs with AI, generating data, running checks and storing results.
  • To send email you need, such as invites, billing notices and security alerts, and optional product email you can turn off.
  • To take payments, keep books of account and meet tax rules.
  • To prevent abuse, keep the service secure and fix errors.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your schemas or specs to train AI models.

4. How long we keep it#

Retention periods
DataKept for
Account dataUntil you delete your account
Generated artifactsPer plan, from creation: 3 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Team
Deleted workspaces7 days, then purged
AI call records and email send records13 months
Audit log2 years
Payments and payment events10 years, for Philippine tax rules on books of account
Suppressed email addressesUntil the owner of the address removes it

A daily job enforces these periods. When you delete your account, your name and email are erased and an anonymous ID stays in the audit log.

5. Who we share it with#

We share personal data only with the providers that run parts of the service for us, and only what each needs. They are listed, with what they process and where, on the subprocessors page.

We disclose personal data to authorities only where the law requires it.

6. Your rights#

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to object, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, and to claim damages. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

How to use them#

  • In the app: export your data and delete your account from Settings.
  • Any time: email privacy@dogm.ai. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

7. Cookies#

DOGM sets only essential cookies: the sign-in session cookie, and a short-lived one that secures the sign-in redirect. There are no analytics or advertising cookies, so no cookie banner is needed. If that changes, this notice will change first.

8. Data Protection Officer#

During the beta, the founder acts as DOGM's Data Protection Officer. Contact: privacy@dogm.ai.
