1. Beta status#
DOGM is in early-access beta. You can create an account, draft specs with AI, run them on DOGM's workers, and use API keys, webhooks, the docs and the in-browser demo. Billing runs in test mode. The dogm CLI has no public release yet.
- Features can change, move or be removed during the beta.
- There is no uptime commitment or service-level agreement during the beta.
- While the beta lasts, every workspace gets Pro limits at no cost. We will email at least 14 days before that ends.
2. Your account#
You sign in through our authentication provider. You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in methods secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
An account belongs to one person. Workspace owners are responsible for who they invite and for the roles they give.
3. Acceptable use#
Use of DOGM is subject to the acceptable use policy. In short: no real personal data in prompts or uploads unless it is masked, no attempts to make generated data match real people, and one free workspace per person.
4. Your content and generated data#
You keep your rights in the schemas, specs and prompts you give DOGM, and in the data you generate. You allow DOGM to process them only to run the service for you, as the privacy notice describes.
Generated data is synthetic. DOGM builds it from fictional value pools and rules, not from records about real people.
5. No warranty on synthetic data#
Synthetic data is a tool for testing, development, evaluation and demos. We do not promise that generated data is fit for any particular purpose, statistically representative of real data, or free of errors.
- Generated values can, by chance, resemble a real name, address or number. That does not make them about a real person, and you must not use them as if they were.
- Masking is pseudonymization, not anonymization. Masked data can still be personal data under the law, and you remain responsible for how you handle it.
- Checks report what they test. A passing check is not a guarantee that data is correct for your use.
Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided as is and as available, to the extent the law allows.
6. Payments and refunds#
Paid plans are prepaid for 30 days at a time with QR Ph, with no card on file and no automatic renewal. Prices and limits are on the pricing page. During the beta, billing runs in PayMongo's test mode and no money moves.
Refunds#
- Request a refund by email to support@dogm.ai within 30 days of the payment.
- Refunds are issued in full through PayMongo. There are no partial refunds.
- The plan period that the payment bought ends when the refund is issued.
7. Termination#
You can stop using DOGM at any time. You can delete your workspace from the app; it can be restored for 7 days and is then purged.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, or that puts other users or the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
We may end the beta or the service. If we do, we will give notice by email and time to export your data.
8. Limitation of liability#
To the extent the law allows, DOGM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service or of generated data.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid DOGM in the 12 months before the claim. During the beta, with no money charged, that amount is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Philippine law.
9. Changes to these terms#
We will update these terms as the service grows, and the date at the top of this page will change. For changes that affect you materially, we will notify account holders by email before they apply.
10. Governing law#
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, and disputes are for the courts of the Philippines.
